Job Description
The First Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness for both our hospitality and real estate divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a proven track record in both sectors, excellent project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns for both hospitality and real estate sectors.
Manage and coordinate marketing activities across multiple properties and projects to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales teams to design and implement strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in both the hospitality and real estate markets.
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and engagement.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, media, and industry influencersPlan and execute events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote The First Group?s hospitality and real estate offerings.
Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Desired Skill & Expertise
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on hospitality and/or real estate.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
