The marketing lead is responsible for executing the marketing strategy and plan defined in the business plan. The role is required to develop and execute marketing campaigns for the company\'s products, focusing on lead generation and supporting the sales function. Set clear marketing priorities and measurable objectives, targeting specific customer segments.
Monitor competitors and analyze marketing trends.
Oversee daily marketing operations and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
Ensure compliance with Group Marketing Policies and Procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, IT) for smooth marketing services administration.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring justified and efficient spending.
Plan and create advertising and promotional materials in collaboration with customers, sales, and external agencies to boost product or service sales.
Implement lead generation campaigns via email, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Work closely with product management and sales teams to effectively communicate product features and competitive advantages.
Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize campaigns, track ROI, and guide leads through the sales funnel.
Organize participation in industry events like trade shows and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Develop booth strategies, promotional materials, and presentations to engage prospects and customers.
