ROLE SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall development and delivery of project marketing strategies, annual marketing plans and activities to support project objectives across mixed-use destinations including place/destination, residential, office and retail asset classes. The Marketing Manager may be assigned corporate of destination projects and is expected to be manage multiple projects per year.
ROLE PROFILE
Marketing Strategy and Plan: Develop the project marketing strategy with input from key project-based and central marketing stakeholders including establishing the project marketing strategy, objectives, metrics, communication and promotional strategies.
Development Strategic Alignment: Prepare the project marketing strategy and manage associated plans and budgets in line with overall project and communities 5-year marketing and annual plan.
Branding Strategy: Co-develop and manage project branding, positioning, key messages and subsequent guidelines in line with Development agreed Branding Strategy.
Budget Management; Prepare the whole-of-life and annual marketing budgets, along with annual forecasting of spend. Hold ultimate responsibility for tracking to the approved budget.
Project Team Relations: Establish a good working relationship with project head, sales, customer relations ,asset management and development teams.
Asset Launches: In conjunction with the sales, leasing and development, oversee execution and approve the delivery of new product launches and associated marketing, collateral and activities for new phases.
Experience Centre and Display: Oversee the delivery of the agreed customer experience centres and residential / office displays spaces including any ongoing presentation audits.
Website & Digital Platforms: Oversee execution and approve digital platforms development such as website, applications, social media and any related content.
REQUIREMENTS
10 years marketing experience out of which 4 years should be in an equivalent management level managing small teams of 3-4 staff.
5 years' experience in Property/Real Estate Industry.
Experience in multiple asset classes preferred but not essential including at least two asset classes - residential, office commercial or retail.
University degree in Marketing.
