Job Responsibilities

Client Community Ownership: Establish and maintain client communities to facilitate engagement, communication, and networking among clients. Build and nurture strong relationships to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
Client Acquisition: Create and implement client acquisition plans to expand the client base within the designated business clusters. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to reach acquisition targets.
Client Satisfaction Management: Monitor and enhance client satisfaction through data-driven strategies. Collect feedback, assess client needs, and lead initiatives to improve overall client experience.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing methods, to promote products and services within the targeted industries.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
