Responsibilities:
Schedule Management:
Efficiently manage executive schedules, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication Handling:
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Document Preparation:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by executives.
Meeting Coordination:
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Personal Assistance:
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Confidentiality and Stakeholder Liaison:
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
General Administrative Tasks:
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office management.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attributes:

Education:
