Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain high internal quality by originating creative ideas, managing project time lines, adhering to Creative Briefs and ensuring consistency of strategic branding.
Act as a mentor to the creative team by providing developmental opportunities, responding to questions, providing direction on resource utilization
Provide supervision and oversight to freelance staff by determining appropriate project assignment based on individual skill sets
Maintain consistently high executional excellence by ensuring appropriate resources are assigned to projects, time lines are managed and strategic brand objectives are promoted.
Ensure smooth internal workflow by utilizing effective delegation, the assignment/reassignment of appropriate resources to jobs, providing direction and counsel as needed.
Oversee the creative process by meeting regularly with Art Directors and Account Management teams to assess project development, review work product and determine whether project is on target and within the scope of the Creative Brief.

Requirements :
BA/BS in Advertising Design, Graphic Design or similar major is a must
Portfolio is a must
6+ years experience as a Creative member in an Advertising Agency
Strong creative portfolio that demonstrates versatility
Knowledge of all production processes (print and broadcast)
Team player
Creative integrity and exposure to local and global markets
Initiative, versatility, reliability and flexibility
Time management, presentation and selling skills
Communication, collaboration and organizational skills
Computer skills: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects.)
Superior understanding of marketing principles and tactics
