Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about the resort's facilities and services.
Assist guests during the check-out process, handling luggage and transportation arrangements.
Luggage Services:
Handle guest luggage with care, ensuring it is transported to and from rooms promptly.
Provide assistance with packing and unpacking if requested by guests.
Maintain knowledge of the resort layout to guide guests efficiently.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with the front office, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Provide information about local attractions, transportation options, and resort services.
Guest Assistance:
Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
Act as a resource for guests, answering questions and providing information.
Safety and Security:
Maintain a vigilant eye on the arrival and departure areas, ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
Report any suspicious activity or concerns to the appropriate department.
Valet Services:
Provide valet services for guests' vehicles, ensuring efficient and secure parking.
Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request.
