Maintain knowledge of the resort layout to guide guests efficiently.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with the front office, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Provide information about local attractions, transportation options, and resort services.
Guest Assistance:
Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
Act as a resource for guests, answering questions and providing information.
Safety and Security:
Maintain a vigilant eye on the arrival and departure areas, ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
Report any suspicious activity or concerns to the appropriate department.
Valet Services:
Provide valet services for guests' vehicles, ensuring efficient and secure parking.
Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request.
