Associate - Brand Marketing | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE
ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate - Marketing Brand role will coordinate between the Decoration and Graphic Design teams ensuring proper and timely implementation of decoration and design in stores. The job holder is responsible for implementing the decoration strategy of the store as per internal guidelines to promote and maintain the brand image of Majid Al Futtaim Retail and specifying the design parameters to assist in the store decoration and branding.
ROLE PROFILE
Provide necessary support for branding designs and store decoration assets.
Ensure the quality of the store image in terms of signage like Poster, Promotion, Pricing and Graphic Charts.
Review the creation design and production of leaflets before deployment to stores with quality.
Create the correct decoration kit designs and mock-ups to ensure timely delivery and execution.
Act as a project member in most of the Marketing projects.
Communication with stakeholders including the Commercial team to gather the project requirements.
Implement season changes and events as per the timeline and decoration standards/guidelines and ensure timely in store leaflets deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Very good interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
Good command of English language.
