Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs and projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with healthcare industry trends and organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to identify technology needs and drive adoption.
Budget Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all programs comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.
Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess program performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage technology solutions that enhance healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in IT programme management, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of healthcare technologies, systems, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
Proven track record of leading large-scale IT initiatives from conception to implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is a plus.
