2) Corresponds with the customer.
3) Prepares & follows up on projects/maintenance agreements prior to the agreement expiry date.
4) Posts the signed maintenance/projects agreement to the Oracle System.
5) Prepares & issues maintenance/projects invoices as per the contract.
6) Follows up on outstanding payments from clients.
7) Coordinates with the site engineers, trouble shooting and service staff regarding spare parts, payments, agreements validity or any other requirements and complaints from customers.
8) Prepares the material requisitions to issue the spare parts for maintenance jobs.
9) Closes the requisition job on the oracle system and issues service requests in the Oracle System.
10) Manage data entries and control the credit situation during the whole maintenance/project cycle in Oracle System.
Requirements
BA or BSc. Or Sec + 2-3 Years Diploma in Administration or any other related major.
6 to 8 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills.
