To make sure provided vehicles with proper specification as per the requirement received.
To make sure the Drivers are informed and provided with the correct information and reporting time. Timely follow up with drivers.
Getting Clear information about the requirement before arranging the vehicles
Make sure No Vehicles Idle on Daily basis/Increase number of Trips per vehicles/ productivity by maximum output per unit (Increase no. of trips/ jobs through multiple truck operations daily)/Driver incentive submitting without delay/On-time issuing of DN and closing the jobs/Updating the provision cost related to the jobs from ops side
Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost savings, service and contractual requirements
Handling RFS operations.
Operations planning, truck planning, maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation and Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with Inventory Warehouse, Airfreight and Sea freight Departments to ensure on-time delivery
Develop and maintain performance metrics, working schedules, and monitor delivery schedules
Response to customer follow up /Delivery efficiency/Justified customer complaints/Response/Communications
Follow up for the Renewal of required permission and Drivers/vehicles certification such as DDC/ADSD/H2S and Zone 2
Preparing customs documents (IPT) for DXB outbound trucks
Coordinating with DNATA, SAS, and EAS Export & Import Teams.
Coordinate with both customers and drivers to depart the truck as per schedule.
Preparing the next days truck MVT and planning the driver as per request from CRM.
Preparing RFS statistics report on a daily basis Utilizing e-commerce, internet technology and, satellite systems to enable real-time tracking of trucks

QUALIFICATIONS
Work experience required: 3 -4 years working experience in logistics or supply chain
Ability to communicate with the planning / Operation and other authoritys which is engaged in our daily operation in KP.
Graduate, preferably with diplomas in logistics / shipping / export
Diploma or College degree Educated
