List Generation: Create lists of potential clients to qualify.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
Prospecting: Research target industries and prospective clients, focusing on sectors such as needed and defined by the CGO.
Appointment Setting: Book appointments with key decision-makers for the sales team to close deals.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM tools.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups on all prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize MQLs to SQLs and the subsequent handoff process.
Key Qualifications:
Stellar English
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the language services sectors (Preferred).
Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM (Nutshell) systems and sales tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced commission-driven environment.
