ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for assigned assets within the portfolio. Responsible for a yearly target and occupancy rate. Act a primary contact with existing tenants and ensure excellent customer service at Majid Al Futtaim Properties.
ROLE PROFILE
Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly targets for assigned assets.
Act as the primary contact for tenants, managing client accounts and providing excellent customer service.
Attend meetings to understand tenant needs and address issues.
Monitor sales performance, flag low sales, and collaborate with tenants to boost sales.
Assist in prospecting new retail concepts suitable for the assets and maintain a client database.
Manage renewals and ensure the timely dispatch and collection of lease-related documents.
Maintain organized filing of all deal-related information and agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Retail Design & Delivery to ensure processes are followed.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
