Key Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough inspections of products at various stages of the Intergration or assembly line process, including materials, components, sub-assemblies, and final products.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify conformity with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and gauges to accurately assess product characteristics and tolerances. Such as Vernier, condusctivity, resistivity
- Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations from established standards, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with production personnel, engineers, and quality assurance teams to address quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, certifications, and customer requirements related to aeronautical product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, test results, and quality documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Participate in quality audits and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
Need +7 years experience with aerostructure and aircraft assembly and integration in production or MRO environment.
Should have previous experience as a seasoned operator or an inspector in aerodpace or MRO environment.
meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join ADASI team as a Quality Inspector for our aeronautical product integration and/or assembly line. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality assurance within the aerospace industry, with a keen eye for detecting deviations and ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards.
Strong familiarity with aerospace quality management systems, such as AS9100 or equivalent standards.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation related to aeronautical products.
Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
Knowledge of inspection techniques and methodologies for assessing dimensional accuracy, surface finish, material properties, and assembly integrity.
Experience in conducting root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures (CAPA) to address quality issues.
Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles and quality control techniques for monitoring and improving manufacturing processes
Experience with SAP and more particularly QN, Concession transaction wwill be highly considered.
Must be familiar with SQCDP, 5+1S, 5why's or any other Root Cause analysis process.
Additional certifications or training in quality management systems, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, or related disciplines would be advantageous
