We are leading international audit, tax and advisory firm. Operating as a united partnership, we work as one integrated team, leveraging expertise, scale and cultural understanding to deliver exceptional and tailored services in audit and accounting, as well as tax, financial advisory, consulting and legal services

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
Answer phones courteously, screen calls, and transfer inquiries to the relevant staff members.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
Prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials and refreshments (if applicable).
Receive and process deliveries, faxes, and mail.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry (as needed).
Maintain accurate visitor logs and reception area records.
May provide basic information to visitors about the company and its services.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of people.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (a plus).
