Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Sales:
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all areas of operations by training and guiding store staff.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding budget expectations for the showroom, brand, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Ensure optimal stock planning and manpower allocation to support sales targets and customer demands.
- Maintain and present a well-organized and visually appealing showroom to enhance customer engagement.

Sales & Profitability Growth:
- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses.
- Participate in monthly forecasting, monitor sales progress, and initiate corrective measures when needed.
- Ensure profitability by managing payroll, shrink, and conversion ratios effectively.
- Support the Retail Operations Manager in meeting monthly and yearly budget targets.

Operational Effectiveness:
- Manage store operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock movements, returns, exchanges, and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with Operations and Department Managers to ensure smooth store operations and brand integrity.
- Identify high-risk areas and implement measures to reduce shrinkage and minimize operating costs.
- Regularly investigate cost-saving initiatives to optimize expenditure and operational efficiency.

Team Management & People Development:
- Lead, motivate, and maintain a high-performing store team through coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisals.
- Oversee all cashiering activities, including daily reconciliations, bank deposits, and sales orders.
- Develop the role of Second In-Charge and manage team annual leave plans considering business needs and peak periods.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to communicate store performance, goals, and new strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging staff development and continuous improvement.

Self-Development & Training:
- Attend product training workshops and professional development programs to enhance industry knowledge.
- Stay updated on retail trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics to drive store performance.

Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Experience:
- 3-4 years of previous experience as a store in-charge or boutique manager.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profit results.
- Experience in training and developing a team of retail professionals.

Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
