With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.
A little taste of your day to day
Your role will include but not be limited to:
Ensuring that all guests are served to company standards.
Always demonstrating the highest standards of hospitality and welcome.
Communicating with your superior any difficulties, guest comments, and other relevant information to resolve any challenges in the best way possible.
Establishing and maintaining effective employee working relationships.
Attending and participating in daily briefings, trainings, and other meetings as scheduled.
Preparing in advance food, beverage, material, and equipment needed for the service.
Keeping updated with all food and beverage knowledge necessary within the department.
Cleaning and resetting your working area.
Ensuring that Priority Club members and other VIPs consistently receive all benefits, special recognition, and service.
Ideally, you\'ll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we\'re looking for:
Previous Food & Beverage service experience in an Executive Lounge operation.
Impeccable grooming and presentation.
Knowledge of Opera & Micros systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a rotating shift and dynamic environment.
Strong teamwork skills.
