ROLE PROFILE
Document and Compliance Review: Verify that customer documentation and payments adhere to sales policies, processes, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Customer Screening and Payment Management: Ensure customer clearance by the compliance team, manage payment collections, and follow up on outstanding dues.
Sales Agreement Management: Issue and process property agreements and addendums according to legal and company standards, ensuring timely delivery.
Process Optimization and Collaboration: Enhance sales processes for efficiency, maintain accurate customer data in Customer Relationship Managemen (CRM) System, and work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Legal, and IT.
Systemization and Custodianship: Support automation of sales transactions, ensuring safekeeping of all customer and sales documents.
Default Management: Conduct follow-up calls to recover outstanding payments, negotiate payment terms, and escalate cases as necessary to ensure collections are made in line with payment targets and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in real estate development Industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Communication: Strong business writing and interpersonal skills.
Other Qualities: Attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, compliance-focused, customer-oriented, able to work under pressure.
