ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Manager will oversee and ensure operational compliance and efficiency in managing the project's property bookings, down-payment mechanisms, and adherence to project Service level Agreements and regulations. This role will lead and coordinate the activation of Sale and Purchase Agreements, ensuring collaboration with key stakeholders (Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and IT) to convert bookings into confirmed sales.
ROLE PROFILE
Leadership: Lead, mentor and guide the sales operations team to achieve departmental objectives and individual goals.
Policy Adherence & compliance with processes: Ensure all sales transactions are in adherence to organizational policies, procedures and Delegation of Authority (DOA) and flag discrepancies or violations for further action.
Operational Efficiency: Enhance and streamline Sales Operations systems and processes, driving efficiency and implementing regular improvements.
Sales Documentation: Manage the documentation development for new projects such as Unit Purchase Requests (UPR), Sale & Purchase agreements (SPAs), SPA Addendums in close collaboration with Legal, Development and IT team.
Customization and Upgrades: Oversee customization and upgrade requests, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end delivery and proper documentation.
Collection Management: Oversee and manage the payment collection process, adherence to projected timelines and targets. Supervise issuance of all payment receipts, statements of accounts, and LPF calculations.
Resales: Oversee the primary and secondary re-sales and assignment transactions' end to end process.
Custodianship: Act as the primary custodian for all sales-related agreements, documents, approvals and archives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
Minimum 7 Years of Real Estate Developer experience in the role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge and practical experience with CRM systems and digital controls.
Excellent business writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documents.
Ability to coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
