Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Principal Consultant to join our forward-thinking digital transformation team. In this pivotal role, you will guide our clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring the successful integration of innovative technologies and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Design and present comprehensive end-to-end digital transformation solutions tailored to client needs.
Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal creation.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify and understand client requirements, translating them into customized solutions.
Technology Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and digital technologies, ensuring your solutions are cutting-edge.
Architecture and Design: Architect solutions using a blend of cloud-native and on-premises tools, aligning with the client's technology stack.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients on-site, particularly across the Middle East, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
Workshop Facilitation: Run client workshops, driving discussions and building consensus on project goals and strategies.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Hands-On Support: Provide hands-on assistance during critical phases of project delivery, quickly resolving any technical challenges.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Key Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: A robust developer background with extensive experience in digital transformation and artificial intelligence, especially within generative AI. Profound understanding of AI methodologies, including fine-tuning models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation, and prompt engineering.
Pre-Sales Consulting: Proven experience in pre-sales consulting, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs. Expertise in translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Toolset Mastery: Proficiency in a broad range of tools and platforms, including cloud-native environments and on-premises infrastructures. Hands-on experience with major hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with in-depth knowledge of their generative AI and machine learning services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI.
On-Premises Expertise: Familiarity with NVIDIA's AI ecosystem, including tools like CUDA, TensorRT, and cuDNN. Experience with deploying AI models on high-performance hardware like NVIDIA DGX systems and using tools such as NVIDIA Triton Inference Server for scalable model serving.
Generative AI Implementation: While not a machine learning engineer role, the ability to understand and contribute to the development and fine-tuning of AI models. Capability to implement and demonstrate generative AI solutions, perform prompt engineering, and effectively leverage RAG frameworks to meet client needs.
Hybrid Cloud and Containerization: Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, integrating on-premises and cloud resources. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift to ensure seamless AI/ML model deployment across various environments.
Problem-Solving and Coding: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to get hands-on in coding and developing solutions when required. Proficient in creating demo solutions to showcase the potential of generative AI technologies.
Client-Facing Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience in conducting client workshops, simplifying complex technical concepts, and building strong client relationships.
Global Engagement: Willingness to travel extensively, particularly across the Middle East, to engage with clients and deliver tailored AI solutions.
