Job Description
Develop and implement security policies and procedures in line with the hotel's standards.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Manage and oversee the security team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, including fire, theft, or other disturbances.
Investigate and document incidents, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.
Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding security and safety.
Prepare and present security reports to hotel management.
