Plans and communicates short and long-term schedules to vessels and other stakeholders.
Participates in contingency planning.
Plans and arranges for vessel bunkering.
Engage with vessel command and coordinate with all partners in the chain (terminals, pilots and tugs) for minimization of CO2 emissions.
Uses frontline and terminal, fleet, and vessel command knowledge and expertise to enhance processes and port optimization.
Identifies and suggest continuous improvement possibilities in the ways of working.
Job involves working in an 8-hour shift pattern with a 6-day rotation followed by 4 days off, along with a shift allowance.
Together with the team, maintain tools and processes required to run a 24/7 setup, enabling a smooth and error free execution of assigned tasks.
