As an Emiratization Sales Executive at Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing every sales opportunity while building long-term business relationships with customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing Finance and Insurance (F&I) product uptake, handling trade-ins, and boosting accessory sales, all while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain company-prescribed sales standards, contributing to the enhancement of company and brand image.
- Maximize sales volume while retaining gross margins on units, Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives to drive repeat sales.
- Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems, achieving or exceeding targets on prospect logging, ensuring business objectives and a broader customer base.
- Handle cash and credit customers as per company procedures, ensuring cash safety and minimizing potential loss risks.
- Continuously improve and update knowledge on product range, features, technical developments, market trends, and customer handling skills for enhanced performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to influence customer choices.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to upsell and create value from new products.
- Excellent team player with leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Technical knowledge of automobiles and the ability to provide expert product information to customers.
- UAE Driving License is required.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma education is preferred but not essential.
