In this role, you will be the voice of FAB—resolving customer queries, offering product guidance, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the bank’s commitment to excellence. This is a part of our nationalization initiative to empower local talent in high-impact roles.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Answer incoming calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve service-related issues within authorized guidelines and escalate as needed
- Promote FAB products and services based on customer needs
- Meet targets related to customer satisfaction and quality metrics
- Update and manage customer records in compliance with internal standards
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer and bank-related data
- Adapt to scheduled and on-call shifts in line with service demand
- Support team initiatives and assist with additional tasks as directed

What Skills Are Needed for a Customer Service Role in Abu Dhabi?

Education:
- High School certificate or equivalent

Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within banking

Skills:
- Strong communication in both Arabic and English
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Commitment to service excellence and teamwork
- Flexibility in handling call volumes and dynamic work schedules
