What Does an Intelligent Automation Engineer Do?
As a Solution Engineer, you’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of intelligent automation solutions—from process analysis to solution deployment. You will work closely with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, design and build efficient bots, and optimize performance using cognitive technologies.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Analyze internal business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Conduct high-level assessments and develop IA value propositions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate solution feasibility
- Create Process Description Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
- Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath
- Apply AI and ML concepts to enhance process automation outcomes
- Implement data-driven strategies for usability and process reengineering
- Lead a small IA team and establish process efficiency best practices
- Provide post-implementation support and process optimization
What Skills Are Needed for a Deloitte Automation Engineer in Hyderabad?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Certifications in UiPath and relevant automation tools are highly preferred
Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in RPA projects using UiPath
- Proven ability in full lifecycle automation project delivery
- Programming knowledge in Python, .NET, or VBA is desirable
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications and intelligent process design
- Experience in solution documentation and stakeholder collaboration
Skills:
- Expertise in automation architecture and exception handling
- Ability to model business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SDLC methodologies
