Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A friendly and patient demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
