As a Digital Onboarding Officer, you will manage the digital account setup for new customers and support them throughout the onboarding journey. This role ensures that all documentation is handled smoothly, customer inquiries are resolved promptly, and FAB’s service standards are consistently met.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Support new customers by facilitating seamless onboarding via digital platforms
- Use CRM and onboarding systems to verify and organize customer documents
- Respond to inquiries and resolve onboarding-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and simplify onboarding processes
- Ensure adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations and FAB internal policies
- Maintain digital records and prepare reports on onboarding metrics
- Identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of tech-driven solutions
- Participate in regular training to stay current with onboarding trends and tools

What Skills Are Needed for a Digital Onboarding Officer in Abu Dhabi?

Education and Experience:
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in customer service or banking

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
