This is a unique opportunity to work on iconic developments like Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice while managing a skilled team of engineers and draftsmen.

What Does a Senior Structural Design Engineer Do?
As a Senior Structural Design Engineer at Azizi, you will play a leading role in delivering structural systems for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects in Dubai. You’ll oversee the design process, ensure authority compliance, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to maintain structural integrity and innovation across Azizi’s premium developments.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Carry out full structural analysis and design, including stability, load-bearing structures, foundations, and R.C. slabs
- Use software like ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, PROKON, ADAPT, and RAM Concept for advanced modeling and calculations
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and international codes
- Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and draftsmen
- Collaborate closely with architects and MEP teams to produce coordinated structural designs
- Manage authority submissions and obtain necessary structural approvals from Dubai Municipality and other relevant bodies
- Conduct quality reviews and maintain Azizi’s QA/QC standards throughout the design lifecycle
- Provide site support during construction to resolve any structural queries or issues
- Coordinate with sub-consultants and ensure their output aligns with Azizi’s specifications
What Skills Are Needed for a Structural Engineer in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a major in Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on design experience, including managing structural design for high-rise towers
- Prior experience working with developers or PMCs in Dubai/UAE is preferred
Key Skills:
- Mastery of engineering design software including ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, RAM Concept, PROKON, ADAPT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of international and UAE structural codes
