QA/QC Engineer – Construction Quality Assurance, Dubai
Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our expanding onsite Supervision team in Dubai. This role is vital in maintaining Azizi’s commitment to excellence by ensuring all construction processes and deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

What Does a QA/QC Engineer Do?
As a QA/QC Engineer at Azizi, you will play a key role in overseeing construction quality across our iconic developments, including Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and the landmark Azizi Venice. You’ll monitor and enforce quality processes, assess project documents, and ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and international codes.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Conduct QA audits, reviews, and site inspections across multiple construction sites weekly
- Ensure contractors follow approved method statements, ITPs, drawings, and quality codes
- Identify quality issues and prepare monthly KPI dashboards to report trends and non-compliance
- Assist in the implementation of corrective measures and monitor their effectiveness
- Review technical documents including Project Quality Plans (PQPs), ITPs, MTRs, and NCRs
- Support the QA/QC Manager in enhancing processes and improving procedural systems
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging inspections for handover readiness
- Liaise with project teams to ensure construction quality aligns with Azizi’s brand standards
What Skills Are Needed for a QA/QC Engineer in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
Experience:
- 7 to 14 years of relevant experience in QA/QC engineering within large-scale construction or real estate projects
- Hands-on knowledge of the Dubai construction regulatory environment
- Proven experience with quality control documentation, site inspections, and contractor coordination
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, ISO systems, and construction codes
- Ability to interpret and review construction drawings, technical submittals, and test reports
- Proficiency in quality management tools, Microsoft Office, and project reporting systems
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with KPI tracking, quality dashboards, and snagging tools
