Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for civil construction projects in compliance with Aramco standards and specifications.
Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Establish and enforce quality control procedures and protocols to monitor all phases of civil construction activities, including material inspections, testing, and documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify adherence to quality standards, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to resolve quality-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters, including training on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
Liaise with Aramco representatives and other relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction activities.
Prepare and submit comprehensive quality reports, including inspection findings, test results, and compliance status, to project management and Aramco as required.
Participate in project meetings, reviews, and discussions to address quality concerns, provide updates on QA/QC performance, and propose improvements.
Stay current with industry developments, Aramco standards, and regulatory requirements related to civil construction quality assurance and quality control.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry, with a focus on civil engineering projects.
Proven experience working on Aramco projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures related to civil construction.
Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, and testing methods.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
