Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, direct, and motivate on-site construction teams, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to high standards.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan and execute construction projects from start to finish.
Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and materials, and adherence to safety regulations.
Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality, making sure all tasks are performed according to project specifications and building standards.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members, adhering to local and international safety regulations.
Work Scheduling: Plan and coordinate daily tasks, allocate resources, and ensure the effective use of manpower and materials.
Progress Reporting: Report project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Training & Development: Train and mentor team members, fostering skills development and teamwork to improve project efficiency.
