Al-Futtaim Engineering and Technologies is seeking an experienced Testing and Commissioning Manager to lead and oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP systems in large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for MEP systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards throughout the testing and commissioning phases.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to schedule and coordinate testing activities, optimizing efficiency while minimizing disruptions.
- Conduct thorough inspections and performance tests on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to verify functionality and safety.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during the testing phase, providing actionable solutions for timely project delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting testing results, compliance with industry standards, and client requirements.
- Train and supervise site personnel on proper testing and commissioning procedures, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to present findings, address concerns, and provide updates on project status and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to MEP systems to continuously enhance testing and commissioning practices.

- Manage budgets for testing and commissioning activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of MEP systems in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues effectively.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines, demonstrating exceptional project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and report presentation.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies in MEP systems.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Professional certifications in Testing and Commissioning (preferred).
