Customer Service/Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support for hardware, software, and other client products. You will engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls and web interactions, resolving technical inquiries and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries about hardware, software, or other designated client products
- Greet customers professionally, demonstrating empathy and building rapport during interactions
- Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools to resolve issues
- Prepare accurate work documentation, including notations of customer accounts as required
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Provide expert customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

- High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and a natural ability to remain patient while assisting customers
- Availability to work during operational hours: 8:00 am-11:30 pm EST, Monday-Sunday (schedule changes every 3 months based on performance)
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
