We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP, Senior Transformation Strategy and Solutions Leader to drive high-value transformation opportunities and lead the overall strategy for Concentrix. This role requires a unique blend of technology, transformation consulting, business case development, and extensive knowledge of Concentrix\'s capability portfolio. The successful candidate will engage in high-stakes opportunities, develop thought leadership artifacts, and lead pursuit teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of transformation strategies for high-value opportunities, ranging from $35M to over $100M ECV
- Engage in upwards of 25 strategic opportunities annually, with a target to close at least 8 deals per year
- Design and drive the overall transformation strategy for select Tier 3 and Tier 4 opportunities, both directly and through direct reports
- Lead pursuit teams to define client business challenges and develop corresponding sales and solution strategies
- Identify the best-fit blend of analytics, technology, and operations talent to maximize solution value for clients and Concentrix
- Quantify the value of solutions and direct the development of transformation business cases and creative commercial models
- Build consulting and design thinking frameworks to support strategic client engagements
- Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on key topics in Customer Experience (CX) and Transformation
- Contribute to the development of strategic presentations, executive summaries, and other sales-based work products
- Lead the preparation and participate in client-facing activities, including presentations, site visits, due diligence sessions, and more
- Provide leadership in creative communication mechanisms beyond traditional methods to enhance strategic communications
- Develop, document, and deliver thought constructs and leadership artifacts for use in client-facing activities and internal playbooks
- Lead practice development by building and coaching a team to deliver and scale the transformation strategy
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the Solutions team and serve as a positive role model for other team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in transformation strategy, solutions leadership, or consulting roles within a global organization
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation, strategic consulting, and large-scale business solutions
- Strong knowledge of Customer Experience (CX), digital transformation, analytics, and Concentrix\'s capability portfolio
- Experience with high-value strategic engagements with deal sizes ranging from $35M to over $100M ECV
- Deep understanding of design thinking frameworks, consulting methodologies, and business case development
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of leading high-performing pursuit teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level clients and internal leaders
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with global teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
