Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead and enhance our customer service operations. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing a high-performing support team, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a strategic mindset to optimize support processes.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to improve service performance
