The person is responsible for leading interior designers, FFE specialists and CAD/BIM technicians to deliver Client's needs on residential, hospitality and allied interior design. This position requires close liaising with other engineering verticals to have a comprehensive design solution. Additionally, this position will engage effectively with the CTO (Central Technical Office) within the Client, on resolution of Construction package.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Minimum 18 years of experience in designing for residential, hospitality, retail, public spaces, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
Proven ability to develop and implement world-class design standards, policies, and guidelines.
Demonstrated track record in delivering large-scale real estate developments, including master plans and mixed-use projects.
Strong design and technical capabilities, with advanced skills in team management and negotiation.
Role Specific Skills:

Design Leadership: Ability to create and enforce high design standards, policies, and guidelines, ensuring excellence in all project phases.
Project Delivery: Proven experience in managing the delivery of complex projects including residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces, from concept through to completion.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using design and modeling software such as Adobe Suite, Autodesk Suite, and other BIM tools. Skilled in sketching, detail resolution, and technical problem-solving.
Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction sequences and management, ensuring seamless integration of design and construction processes.
Code Compliance: Expertise in relevant codes and standards, including IBC, DM Codes, NFPA, UDC, ensuring all designs meet regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiation Skills: Advanced negotiation capabilities to address and resolve potential challenges and conflicts, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
