- Strengthen engagement with industry, government, and international academic institutions
- Ensure the Division meets high academic and research standards
- Drive advancements in AI, robotics, cybersecurity, bioengineering, and sustainability
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and operational oversight
- Promote an inclusive and diverse academic environment
Job Requirements
- PhD in Engineering or a related field with an academic record suitable for tenure
- Extensive leadership experience in academic administration and research
- Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing faculty
- Experience in managing large-scale research initiatives and educational programs
- Strong ability to build partnerships with industry, government, and academic institutions
- Deep understanding of global higher education trends and emerging engineering disciplines
