NYU Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to support strategy development and partner relations within the Office of Strategy and Planning. This role involves managing data analysis, overseeing internal strategy initiatives, facilitating communication with government entities, and ensuring the effective implementation of strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive institutional strategies forward.

- Support senior leadership in engagements with government entities by providing well-researched strategic insights
- Oversee internal business processes, documenting essential functions and aligning procedures with institutional policies
- Participate in and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives as required

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, Public Policy, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, planning, data analysis, or government relations
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to draft technical reports and presentations
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Policy, Communications, Higher Education Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with governmental budgeting and regulatory processes in the UAE and GCC region
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus
