NYU Abu Dhabi\'s Arts and Humanities division is launching \"Research Kitchens,\" an innovative research initiative fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and research innovation. These spaces are structured around four key themes: Heritage, Memory, and Mobility; The Anthropocene: Urbanism, the Environment, and Sustainability; Human Rights in the 21st Century; and Research in Writing, Languages, and Pedagogy.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research aligned with one or more of the Research Kitchens’ themes under the mentorship of NYUAD faculty.
- Develop and implement research projects that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in Arts and Humanities.
- Participate in interdisciplinary research activities, including workshops, conferences, and academic seminars.
- Collaborate with faculty and researchers from various disciplines to foster innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Prepare and submit academic publications, grant applications, and research reports.
- Organize research events, exhibitions, and community engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- PhD, Master of Fine Arts, or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant Arts and Humanities discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in research, writing, or artistic projects within the arts and humanities sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in organizing academic and artistic events is a plus.
