- Conduct benchmarking and audits to maintain a master list of university policies and ensure they remain current

- Oversee the administration of the university’s policy management system and recommend improvements in policy-related technology
- Advocate for NYUAD’s policy framework and ensure proper communication strategies to enhance policy awareness and compliance

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Policy Management, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy development, governance, or compliance roles
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex policy issues
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in drafting policies and governance documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders in policy planning and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and policy management platforms such as PolicyTech
- Highly ethical and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
