Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ETL processes, ensuring efficient data flow and integration across multiple platforms.
Utilize Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) toolset for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Design and develop complex mappings, process flows, and ETL scripts.
Customize and manage Knowledge Modules (KMs) to enhance data processing capabilities.
Set up and manage topology, build objects in Designer, and monitor ODI operations.
Perform database operations like aggregate pivot, union, and ensure accurate data transformations.
Package components and manage error handling, automation, and migration using ODI.
Perform basic ODI Admin tasks, such as installation in high availability, service management, patching, and security implementation.
Integrate ODI with various source/target systems, including the use of RESTful services and JSON data.
Design data quality and reconciliation frameworks, ensuring data integrity throughout the ETL process.
Develop and manage Load Plans, schedule jobs, and maintain ETL process efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize database performance, including partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in ETL process development and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and database development for PL/SQL-based applications.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL design, and integration best practices.
Experience with ODI Admin tasks, including installation, patching, and security implementation.
Strong understanding of ELT/ETL concepts, design, and coding.
Familiarity with error handling, automation, and migration using ODI.
Expertise in database performance optimization, including partitioning, indexing, and other optimization techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a time-critical environment with minimal guidance.
