Job Description:
Responsible for repairing In Warranty and Out Warranty Laptops, Desktops and Mobiles
Should achieve the daily productivity targets
Should deliver the KPI as per brand requirements.
Should handle customers who walk into the service centers with technical queries.
Update brand systems daily.
Maintain NPS of service center with good quality work and customer interaction.
Requirements
Qualitative Requirements
Experience(Yrs.& Field) 3-4 years’ experience in repairing of any of the above brands at Authorized Service Center.
Educational Qualification Diploma/ ITI in Electronics
