Regularly clean and maintain office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, and coffee machines.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, beverages, and kitchen items.
Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms as needed.
Handle basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, binding documents, and data entry.
Assist office staff with tasks such as distributing mail, setting up for meetings, and other ad-hoc requests.
Run office-related errands, such as purchasing office supplies or making bank deposits.
Monitor and report any security issues or concerns to the Office Manager.
Lock and unlock office premises at the beginning and end of the workday, as required.
