General administration including dealing with a high volume of paperwork
Answering phone calls
Assisting with stock management including packing or unpacking stock and issuing and checking stock
Liaising with couriers

Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 12
Above average computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
High level of accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a friendly disposition
Strong organizational skills
