ROLE SUMMARY
The Facilities Management Team Leader oversees office assistants and third-party service providers, ensuring smooth facilities operations. They lead a team to deliver services across corporate head offices while implementing policies, best practices, and meeting legislative requirements. Additionally, the role involves being the primary contact for service providers and managing facilities during operating hours and events.
ROLE PROFILE
Oversee proactive Facilities Management services, including cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and office relocations.
Supervise and lead teams of approximately 10 staff members, ensuring efficient delivery of office services, meeting room setups, and consumables management.
Manage third-party service providers and external contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk assessments.
Foster a customer service-focused culture, addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining cleanliness and organization in office spaces.
Handle procurement, inventory management, and daily stocking of kitchen and pantry consumables
Prepare reports, perform administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and values
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in Facilities Management and team leadership, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proficient in health and safety best practices, and computer literate in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure, with a proactive and calm attitude.
Ability to interact effectively with a multicultural workforce, ensure daily staff and property safety, and provide assistance outside regular working hours.
