JOB DESCRIPTION
Extracting data from all related systems and coordinating with Quay side staff to ensure accurate data is captured to generate B&D report for management to review crane productivity of live vessels round the clock. Reports include balance & done moves, shift change , gate & yard utilization and performance, crane breakdowns , equipment console , vessel operations, crane delays, berth utilization etc.
Maintaining vessel details to capture vessel performance, delays and related activities and coordinating with quay side staff to record delay reasons for management to review operational delays.
Generating Shift elapse report from PROMIS after each shift change to review lapse time during each shift including all the operational delays with Gross and Net productivity patterns of each shift while ensuring accurate data is picked up by the system before report is dispatched.
Encapsulate data received from berth planning & staff control, extract data from related systems and update Equipment report on shift basis for management to review the equipment productivity in terms of utilization and bookings.
