In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging fish into semi-finished products, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. Your work will contribute to the production of top-grade seafood products for both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Fish Processing: Clean, fillet, and cut fish into portions, preparing them for further processing or packaging.
Quality Control: Inspect raw fish to ensure they meet quality standards before preparation and packaging.
Equipment Operation: Use knives, cutting tools, and machinery to prepare fish products efficiently and safely.
Product Handling: Ensure proper handling and storage of fish to maintain freshness and hygiene standards throughout the preparation process.
Packaging: Pack fish semi-finished products according to specifications and company guidelines, ensuring the final product is ready for distribution.
Hygiene Standards: Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and handling materials safely.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of product quantities and quality control checks.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
