Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all government-related services, licensing applications, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth operations.
- Design and implement best-in-class customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Develop and refine service models to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and streamline operational workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison with government entities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and facilitate business operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization to enhance overall service delivery.
- Establish policies and strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and UAE government regulations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in government services, customer service management, operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of UAE government regulations, licensing processes, and service frameworks.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Skills:
- Proven experience in leading large teams, developing policies, and driving operational excellence.
- Ability to manage and engage with high-level government officials and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills.
