Job Overview

The Vendor Relationship Specialist will be responsible for ensuring effective communication with contractors, consultants, and external parties, supporting strategic vendor management initiatives, coordinating technical follow-ups, and driving excellence in procurement practices through project leadership and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Interface and communicate with external parties, contractors, consultants, and departments to resolve pending technical matters
- Coordinate with the IT department and stakeholders to develop and implement technical programs that improve processes
- Identify and report obstacles and technical issues promptly to supervisors
- Participate in preparing work plans, programs, and annual budgets related to technical matters
- Support departments in implementing the Vendor Relationship Management strategy
- Promote a culture of excellence by leading and supervising performance excellence initiatives
- Conduct technical training sessions for departments to enhance vendor management practices
- Review audit reports, suggest improvements, and recommend solutions to overcome operational challenges
- Participate in management meetings and top-level activities, providing relevant vendor management reports and presentations
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination among departments for related programs, initiatives, and projects
- Conduct technical studies aimed at improving department operations
- Supervise and monitor coordination and follow-up activities to ensure work quality

Required Skills and Experience

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a recognized university

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management

- Strong experience in supply chain and vendor relationship management
- Ability to manage stakeholder relations effectively
